Jana is a beautiful 5 years old girl, diagnosed with Leigh Syndrome at 10 months and ECHS1 Deficiency was detected when she was 3 years old. Jana is fully disabled, she can’t walk, talk or eat, being tube fed.
Jana needs help with everything in her everyday life, she needs lots of support to be able to sit up and she is on a special diet, takes lots of meds for pain and for many other problems. Despite all these, she started school this year in a special needs school.
